Volcaniclastic sediments - All clastic sediments composed mainly of particles of volcanic origin, regardless of how the sediment formed.
Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) / Volcanic-hosted Massive Sulphide (VHMS) - Layered deposits formed when hot, sulphide laden fluids erupt through fractures in the sea floor. These are typically an important source of zinc, copper & lead.
Zinc (Zn) - Is a transitional metal, which is primarily occurs within the mineral; sphalerite. It is customarily found in conjunction with other base metals like Lead (Galena) and Copper (Chalcopyrite) in the form of massive sulphide lenses (laminated or massive), stringer veins and disseminated as fine to coarse blebs.
Zones - The section of a property or area with distinct mineralization.
